• Read and comprehend fluently by the completion of 5th grade
• Write and respond proficiently to all forms of text by the completion of 5th grade 
• Proficiently apply math skills, such as, numbers and operations, operations and algebraic thinking, geometry, and measurement and data by the completion of 5th grade

The Blue Ridge Elementary staff will work collaboratively to ensure student success by placing the highest priority on reading, writing, and math instruction and will support consistent achievement on State assessments.
